These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CloudHealthy website and services provided by CloudHealthy.io. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

The service

CloudHealthy provides automated Azure Well-Architected Framework assessments and related reporting. Assessments use read-only access to your Azure environment and are delivered as structured reports.

Accounts & access

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for authorising the read-only access required to perform an assessment of environments you control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to assess environments you are not authorised to access.

Intellectual property

The platform, reports format, and related materials remain our intellectual property. The findings and data relating to your environment belong to you.

Disclaimers & liability

Reports are provided for guidance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited as set out in your order or agreement with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
